Kyle Weiler has recently graduated from the Juilliard School, where he performed choreographies by José Limon, Martha Graham, Paul Taylor, Kyle Abraham, Camille A. Brown and Brian Brooks. His professional engagements include Dame Yankees at the Ordway Theatre and Mamma Mia and Dear Edwina at Theatre Aspen. Kyle has participated in the Arts Powers Arusha, a cultural exchange project in Arusha, Tanzania. Back in Minnesota he has created his own choreographic works for local dance groups and the Hennepin Theatre Trust. He also acted as assistant director and choreographer on a production for the Minneapolis Children’s Theatre. His choreography was shown nationally, among other places at the NYC Jazz Choreography Project. Kyle is a founding member of the Arts Fusion Initiative.
